Day 1 of new meal plan

Breakfast (1 purple, 1 red)

Purple = 1 cup frozen cherries

Red = 1 scoop of Leanfit Complete Green Protein (http://www.leanfit.com/completegreen-protein/)


Mid morning Snack (1 purple)
Purple = 1 cup of Raspberries

Lunch (1 Green, 2 Red, 1 Orange, 1 Blue, 1 Yellow)

Turkey Taco Salad
Green = Spring Mix
Red = Ground Taco Turkey Meat
Orange = 1tbsp Guacamole, 1tbsp Salsa
Blue = Cheddar Cheese
Yellow = Fresh Corn cut off the cob

To make the meat, I put 2lbs of ground turkey in a pan, brown turkey, add 2 tbsp of Club House Taco Seasoning and water and let simmer for a few minutes.

I forgot my afternoon snack today, had a couple rice cakes I had at the office.

Dinner (1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Yellow)
Green = Steamed Broccoli
Red = Pork baked in Club House Greek Seasoning
Yellow = Fresh Corn on the Cob
