I have fallen off the wagon with vacations and job stress, but have now been working hard on myself.
Going to try my own meal plan based on the 21 day fix plan.
Here is what I have so far.
21 day fix meal planning
1 Green = 1 cup Veggies
1 Purple = 1 cup Fruit
1 Yellow = ½ cup Starches & Carbs
1 Red = ¾ cup Protein
1 Orange = 2 ½ tbsp. Dressing and Seeds
1 Blue = ¼ cup Cheese, nuts, avocado and coconut
1 Grey = 1 tsp
My Daily Allowance
3 Green
2 Purple
4 Red
2 Yellow
1 Blue
1 Orange
2 tsp
Daily Breakdown
Breakfast: 1 Purple, 1 Red
Morning snack: 1 Purple
Lunch: 1 Green, 2 Red, 1 Orange, 1 Blue, 1 Yellow
Afternoon Snack: 1 Green
Dinner: 1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Yellow
