Day 2 of my meal plan and it’s going great, I’ve always ate mostly healthy, but my portion sizes haven’t been great.
The prep for today’s meals last night was much quicker.
Here is my day 😊
Breakfast (1 Purple, 1/2 Green, 1 Red) – 7:15am
Purple = Cherries
Green – Beet
Red = Veggie Protein Powder
Mid Morning Snack (1 Purple) – 10:30am
Purple = Fresh Raspberries
MID DAY WALKING GOODNESS!!
I started going for daily lunch walks over a month ago, slowly increasing the distance.
This was my first one of the week and it was amazing.
The feeling I get after these walks is unreal, I feel so much better and at peace with everything, that good ol vitamin d helps HUGE with stress levels.
No more skipping my walks, because I truly need them in my life!!
Lunch (1 Green, 2 Red, 1 Orange, 1 Blue, 1 Yellow) – 12:30pm
Turkey Taco Salad
Green = Spring Mix
Red = Ground Taco Turkey Meat
Orange = 1tbsp Guacamole, 1tbsp Salsa
Blue = Cheddar Cheese
Yellow = Fresh Corn cut off the cob
Mid Afternoon Snack (1/2 Green, 1 Freebie) – 2:30pm
Green = Steamed Broccoli
Freebie = Hot Sauce
Dinner (1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Yellow) – 6:30pm
Green = Broccoli
Red = Pork baked in Club House Greek Seasoning
Yellow = Wild rice and grains blend
Another great day of eating, an amazing lunch time walk and some weights earlier this evening.
