Finally over the cold from hell, today marks the day of a new game plan and goals I plan to crush!!! Started 2017 with the sickness

So 2017 didn’t start off the way I wanted it to. I have been battling a cold/flu for almost a week now, little appetite the past few days, lots of broth, tea and water. Because of this sickness I am postponing our meal plans until next week, right now I am strictly focused on getting myself back to 100%. So stay tuned, great things are to come, just a week later……
