It’s been a few weeks

I have been so crazy busy that this has taken a slight back seat.
But I am back and feeling amazing.

I have been doing a TRX bootcamp for almost 6 weeks now and signed up for another one that starts right away for another 6 weeks.
I have a HUGE love for TRX, I have found it to be one of the best workouts for me to build up that muscle and see those gainz.

My gym is having release week this week, so I decided to give a new group class a try, Les Mills BodyCombat.
WOW, I honestly don’t know how I never discovered this class sooner, it is amazing.
Great high cardio class with martial arts moves added in.
An hour of sweating while air punching and doing high kicks is so amazing, feeling the burn while getting out any aggression you have.
If your gym has it I recommend doing this.
It’s not easy by any means, but that’s where you need to push yourself, great bodies don’t come easy, they take lots of time, effort and HARD word!!

I am also on a strict meal plan at the moment, high lean proteins, lots of veggies, tons of water.
I have cut out my coffee too during the week, allowing myself a coffee as a reward on the weekends, I am now drinking Crio Bru.

This is a great replacement for coffee AND I take the grinds after I have brewed it and add them to my morning protein shakes, therefore there is very little waste.

If I go MIA again in the next week or two, I am sorry, however I am impatiently awaiting the arrival of my new niece 🙂
