I have decided to partake in this challenge!!It’s a month long challenge to help distance yourself from the weight aspect of getting healthy and help you to focus on other measurements of success!! Day 1 stats: Height: 5’7″ Weight: 151.1lbs Bust: 36″ Waist: 29″ Hips: 39.5″ Right Thigh: 23.5″ Left Thigh: 23″ Working towards goals one day at a time!! Last year I went to a Christmas market and bought this product called Crio Bru and have been HOOKED ever since. It is a GREAT healthy alternative to that daily coffee and it tastes absolutely amazing.
