I had created a workout plan for myself, however found that I didn’t create one that I fully enjoyed and it wasn’t well thought out.
Trial and error and learning, all apart of life.
Starting back to TRX finally next Thursday after a very long hiatus from it, no bootcamps were ran in the evenings and I enjoy doing TRX bootcamp style, brings out the competitor in me.
So I’m once again at the “drawing board” working on a new workout routine for myself.
Doing a little more research and planning, for the rest of this week will stick to cardio and the machine circuit.
Next week I’ll give the new workout plan a go!!
