2 Week Weigh-In & Measurements
2 weeks have passed since my last weigh in and it’s been a GREAT 2 weeks!!
Starting stats:
- Weight: 164.1 lbs (goal: 140 lbs)
- Bust: 37″ (goal: 35″)
- Waist: 30″ (goal: 25-26″)
- Hips: 41″ (goal: 37-38″)
- Right Thigh: 24″ (goal: 20-21″)
- Left Thigh: 24″ (goal: 20-21″)
Current Stats:
- Weight: 158 lbs (6 lbs loss, 18 to go)
- Bust: 36″ (1″ loss, 1″ to go)
- Waist: 29.5″ (.5″ loss, 4-4.5″ to go)
- Hips: 41″ (no loss, 3-4″ to go)
- Right Thigh: 23.5″ (.5″ loss, 2.5-3.5″ to go)
- Left Thigh: 23.5″ (.5″ loss, 2.5-3.5″ to go)
It’s great being back to the gym with no injuries, haven’t started running again but that’s coming up in the next few weeks.
I am in the middle of planning a Paleo meal plan that we will start on February 19th and plan to do for 8 weeks.
Looking forward to seeing what changes will come from cutting out sugars and carbs and other crap, getting back to how the caveman would have ate, should be interesting!!!
