Finally over the cold from hell, today marks the day of a new game plan and goals I plan to crush!!!
Through strict clean eating, allowing 1 single treat meal a week, won’t call it a cheat because that’s when people start to feel guilty about eating it and I don’t want any guilt.
I am working towards hitting my goal by June 1 and spending the rest of the year maintaining, which can sometimes be harder than getting to that goal because believe me I have gotten to my goal before and slipped up.
That gives me 18.5 weeks to kick some major ass and I think it is very obtainable.
I plan to use intense cardio, HIIT training, TRX and weights, along with clean eating to obtain my goal, going to the gym 5-6 days a week.
I will be keeping track of my calories with MyFitnessPal and using my Fitbit Charge 2 to keep track of my workouts.
Starting stats (not happy with these and going to push myself hard to change these numbers)
- Weight: 164.1 lbs (goal: 140 lbs)
- Bust: 37″ (goal: 35″)
- Waist: 30″ (goal: 25-26″)
- Hips: 41″ (goal: 37-38″)
- Right Thigh: 24″ (goal: 20-21″)
- Left Thigh: 24″ (goal: 20-21″)
I will do weight and measurements every 2nd Sunday.
