I’ve been very absent from my blog and that upsets me.
It’s one of my goals for 2017, making regular posts.
What have I been up to…
Working out and eating as healthy as possible, with winter coming too quickly here, snowing in the mountains west of where I live, I need to reintroduce nightly meditation to clear the mind and cleanse the soul in hopes my SAD isn’t bad this year.
I’m currently working on a personal 8 week workout plan for myself as I’m nearing the end of a 4 week challenge that I found I wasn’t totally feeling so I’ve just been doing my own thing.
I hope to start posting videos over the next while, I’m just always at the gym during prime time and don’t think fellow gym goers would like me recording in there, will plan a few late night weekend workouts to get the video.
Until my next post just going to keep on trucking and doing my thing!!
