How My Eating Plan Has Been Going

Well it has been a few weeks since I have started, and it is going GREAT!!!
Below is what I have been eating daily.
I am always full, never hungry and have seen some of the pounds drop off slowly.

Here is my meals (Monday to Friday) since beginning my new plan.
I have stuck to it as closely as possibly, mostly just using it for a guideline 🙂
