Welcome to my little piece of space in this vast world and welcome to my journey.
Today is the starting day I have given myself, I plan to spend the next 2 years building up a dream, a goal, a future, something that will bring me happiness.
So here it is….
Most people who know me, know I have always had a huge passion when it comes to fitness and healthy eating, so one day while sitting at my office job that I don’t find stimulating, it has become just a paycheck for me, I stumbled onto Facebook and there was a video that was the biggest eye opener, you can check out the video here:
THIS video here is exactly how I feel, it touched me, opened something up and evolved, it has become an obsession, a strive to obtain what I really want out of life, to go out there and become something I can be proud of, be the person my nieces look up to and are proud of.
So the journey begins, since first viewing this video on May 27th when my TRX Instructor posted it to her wall and my response was

One day….. ”
THAT moment was when I decided I needed to make this change in life for myself, at 33 years old, I knew that there was something else out there for me.
I have spent the summer doing immense research, from exercises and group programs to meal plans and eating, looking into what courses I need to make this a reality.
I welcome you to follow this journey, I already have a friend I am working with, we have known eachother since our wee youth running around the neighbourhood, she is on a mission to lose 80lbs she gained after giving birth to her sweet son Seth.
She will be my first success story and as I always tell her, I am not only helping you, but you are helping me.
With her I plan to grow my knowledge, she will help me become better at advising people, I will research and learn new and better ways to improve her health through exercise and food.
Here is how I plan to achieve this.
I will spend the next 4 months working on myself.
Starting in the new year I will start taking the courses I need.
I will post meal and workout plans on here.
I will observe how the plans work for myself and my friend who is helping along this journey.
I will end this with a quote the most brilliant person in my life sent me, my biggest cheerleader and supporter, without him I wouldn’t be on this journey 🙂
